ALLiANT Systems is a locally owned design / build / maintain mechanical contracting and engineering firm. Our team has been together in Portland since 1988. We'e designed and built mechanical systems for such prominent buildings as Pioneer Place, ODS Tower, Synopsys Headquarters, Kaiser Regional Laboratory, Tigard Corporate Center, and several Safeco Call Centers.

Part of our design/build commitment is to stay in tune with prices and trends in the plan & spec market. We do this by competing head-on in that market. Major plan / spec projects we have built include the V.A. Cancer Research Center, The Reserve Clubhouse, Nike World Headquarters, Lowe's in Salem and Hillsboro, Blue Cross / Blue Shield in Medford, and Pape' Office Building in Eugene.

We're often called on to use our design / build expertise to bring existing designs into budget or to solve constructability issues. Some of the projects we have brought into budget through a 'design assist' process are Mt. Hood Meadows Lodge, Gresham High School addition and remodel, Earl Boyles Elementary School, and Oregon Episcopal School M.S.T. Building.

By teaming our staff of licensed engineers with seasoned installation and maintenance experts, we design for performance, functionality, constructability, and economy - both in first cost and ongoing operating costs. A major portion of our business is the ongoing maintenance of mechanical systems. We regularly maintain the mechanical systems in over 400 buildings in the Portland Vancouver area.

Social responsibility and business ethics may be catch-phrases these days, but at ALLiANT Systems they are fundamental to our business plan: do the right thing and our customers and community will respond in kind. We believe in giving back to our community. Partnered with our employees we have contributed to many projects; Christmas in April, Habitat for Humanity, and the Cedar Grove Education Center at Riverbend Youth Center to name a few.
